“When you are in the right place, everything becomes obvious.” – M.-E. Joriot
Marie-Emmanuelle Joriot, founder and CEO, built the first part of her career managing markets for leading German, French, and Swiss automotive industry companies (both manufacturers and suppliers).
In these demanding industrial environments, she interacted with decision-makers and entrepreneurs.
From the beginning, she was deeply committed to understanding and responding to her clients’ needs with complete empathy.
In 2013, Marie-Emmanuelle Joriot discovered a passion for Executive Search.
She trained in Zurich, notably with Guido Schilling, and upon returning to Lausanne, she founded International Headhunting in January 2018.
“My mission is to build bridges between cultures and prioritize the human element.” – M.-E. Joriot
Her international experience in various industrial sectors, along with her time living in German-speaking countries, gives her a unique focus on interactions between French and German speakers, both within Switzerland and across the DACH region.
“Humility and curiosity guide my daily practice.” – M.-E. Joriot
The human and psychological aspects of recruitment are so subtle that Marie-Emmanuelle Joriot chose to complement her 20 years of experience and initial education with training at the CG Jung Institute of Psychoanalysis in Zurich.
She holds a Master’s degree in International Project Management from the Robert Schumann University in Strasbourg and a Bachelor’s degree from the Leopold-Franzen University in Innsbruck, Austria.
She is a certified coach (TIHR of Tavistock Institute, London) and also holds a university diploma (Leadership, Meditation & Neurosciences) from the Strasbourg School of Management, France.
English and German, along with French (her native language), are the official working languages of International Headhunting.
Yoga and meditation are disciplines she has cherished for many years. Mountains and books are her sources and resources.

Holder of a Master’s and DESS in Economics, she entered the Executive Search field somewhat by chance, responding to an ad from an international recruitment firm in Paris.
From then on, as part of an international team of “Detectives,” she developed a true passion for recruitment.
A generalist, she works across all sectors as needed, recruiting for Middle and Top Management positions in Switzerland, France, and internationally.
